Frequently Asked Questions - Students

Q:1 Will my family have access to CrossRoads?
A:1 Once you have completed training and have been assigned a driver number, you may set up an account so that your family can view information on CrossRoads. You will be able to activate and disable this account yourself, however, remember that you are accepting responsibility for any actions taken by those who access your information through this account. The family's user name will be your driver number, followed by the letter f (12345f). If you family has any technical issues, please ask that they do not contact driver technical support themselves, as this account should be managed by you. Choose the "manage family account" option on the menu to allow your family access to CrossRoads.
Q:2 What is my Password?
A:2 Your initial password will be the last four digits of your Social Security number repeated twice (ie: 12341234)

When you login for the first time you will be asked to change your password. The new password will be used from that point on.
Q:3 What do I do if I forgot my password?
A:3 If you forgot your password you can press the Forgot your password link from the login screen which will allow you to answer your challenge questions.
Q:4 What are challenge questions?
A:4 The first time you login you will be asked to set your challenge questions. Challenge questions are used to verify your identity in the event you forget your password. If the challenge questions are answered correctly you will be able to enter a new password. You can change your challenge questions by choosing Maintain Challenge Questions on the main menu. After you have completed training and have been assigned a driver number, you will be asked to complete this process again.
