Important Information for Windows XP Users
Users that are running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 should follow these steps to ensure that the security checks are properly installed. These steps are only required the first time you connect.

Click Tools, Internet Options. Click the Security tab. The Internet Zone Icon will be selected by default, click the “Default Level” button. This will reset your security settings to the Microsoft recommended standards

Next, click “Custom Level”. This will launch the window shown below.

On the “ActiveX controls and plug-ins” option, select Enable. Click “OK” and “OK” again.

The setting in Step 3 should be reversed (back to Disable) after you have successfully logged into the site.
