The first time you log into the new Independent Contractor portal, you will use a temporary password, then set new challenge questions and change your password to something you'll remember.
US CONTRACTORS TEMPORARY PASSWORD: first three letters of your birth month (ALL CAPS), last four digits of your Social Security number, no space between (Ex : JAN1234).
CANADA CONTRACTORS TEMPORARY PASSWORD: first three letters of your birth month ( ALL CAPS), last three digits of your Social Security number, no space between (Ex: JAN123)
ALL CONTRACTORS: Enter your driver number and the temporary password. Then click Change Password link and follow the steps. Once you have completed those steps, you can log in to the new portal. Both logins (left and right) will utilize this new password. |
